We propose three elements to take into account in order to create a comfortable, inspiring space that gives us that feeling of well-being in our home.

Firstly, we advise you to take care of your balance. We are referring to the balance between aesthetics and functionality in spaces. It is no use if a room is in the latest fashion in decorative trends if it is not functional and we do not use the space. And the same happens on the contrary, if it is only functional and we do not take into account the aesthetics we may not feel comfortable in a short period of time and we must start again the reform of the space.

In this sense, there are three types of balance that can be implemented in spaces:

Symmetrical balancewhen we generate a mirror-image effect, i.e. when we place repeated or paired objects.
Asymmetrical balanceThis type of balance is generated in modern environments, with objects having the same visual weight, even if they are not the same.
Radial balancewhen we distribute objects around a focal point.

Second on our list, we must take into account the emphasis or focal point. By this we mean that place where we focus our attention. The aim is that an element in the decoration attracts our interest.

Emphasis is fulfilled when the chosen element is the first thing that stands out when entering the space. And when it defines the rest of the decoration.

Finally, enhance harmony in your interior design. With it, we ensure that each of the parts of the space contribute to creating the atmosphere we want to achieve. That is to say, that each point fulfils its function in the whole.

We are not saying that everything should be the same colour or that one material should predominate in the space, but rather that with harmony we achieve that the combination of all the elements results in a welcoming space.

It now has exactly the style and atmosphere we had hoped for – and honestly, we cannot imagine having done it any better. Looking back, we can say with complete confidence that the investment was absolutely worth it.
